This Retreat dedicates a day to every element-earth, water, fire, air and space-taking nature in all it's expressions as the backdrop of our own spiritual investigation. A transformative 5 day journey that blends yogic practices, breath work, nutrition, interactive exercises, journaling and meditation in order to catalyze deep transformation. And all in a breathtaking, National Geographic-like setting!

Incl. accommodation, food, workshops and trips of the 6 day retreat. The cabins for two are spacious well-aired cabins with stunning views of Chacahua Island, the lagoon and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Each bed has a mosquito net, night light for reading and the cabin is equipped with an overhead common fan. Shared bathrooms and showers.

Our Story:
Yogamala began in Israel 30 years ago and we started offering Teacher Trainings in 2013. In 2024, we moved to Rancho De Las Estrellas, an Eco community in Oaxaca that was the right fit. Our dream is to continue the way we began, changing lives one breath at a time. Our workshops inspire deep and lasting transformation. Our retreats push the fast forward button on spiritual evolution, and simultaneously slow down human time. Yogamala's teachings embody the love of a simpler way of life in harmony with each other and nature. Yogamala Mexico is a Retreat Center that serves as the spiritual heart of the Rancho De Las Estrellas community. People of all countries find sanctuary here from an ever more complex and conflicted world.
